Fifth Suspect Charged in Taylor Slaying-Hire a Queens Criminal Lawyer if You're Charged.

Another suspect has been identified by Prosecutors in Miami in the murder of NFL football star Sean Taylor. Ed Griffith said Wednesday that 16-year-old Timothy Brown is charged with first-degree murder under a sealed warrant.

Hyper CNN Reporter Arrested With Meth

Richard Quest, 46, was arrested around 3:40 a.m. on a charge of possessing illegal drugs which is a misdemeanor that usually refers to a personal use amount of a drug. He was arrested near Central Park. He was loitering and acting strangely when the patrol car pulled up.

Quest admitted he had meth in his pocket. The cops detained him and a complaint was filed. The complaint stated that Quest admitted he had a bag containing methamphetamine in a pocket on his person.

Quest, who is British, is a correspondent for CNN International and is known for his reports on business travel. He hosts "CNN Business Traveler" and "Quest."

Hollywood DUI Suspect Charged With Felony-

STK restaurant was the scene of a hit and run incident. A woman who was identified as Heather Auger allegedly hit someone and has been charged with felony.

The L.A. County D.A. arrested her and she was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, DUI, in Nassau County that would be DWI, incurring harm dand driving with a high amount, over the limit, blood-alcohol level. All of these charges are considered felonies.

Barton Seeks Plea for Drunk Driving Bust. If You Want to Plea Do It With The Help Of a Queens Criminal Attorney.

A report says that the 22-year-old 'O.C.' actress who was arrested in December will plead no contest, which she hopes will get a marijuana possession charge dropped and others lessened. In the end, she'd pay a fine and attend three months of an alcohol education class.

Vikings Great Eller Accused of Assault-A Nassau County Criminal Attorney Can Aid You

NFL great Carl Eller was arrested after allegedly getting into an altercation with law enforcement after being stopped for possible drunken driving. The ex Viking Defensive Lineman and member of "The Purple People Eaters" was apprehended on suspicion of DUI and creating havoc by fleeing police and attacking one of the arresting officers.

The police described the incident as very dangerous as Eller's SUV sped through a stop sign. The cops chased the vehicle as it ran lights and motored at speeds of up to 60 mph through the Minneapolis area.

Spokesman Martin said the policemen requested that the footballer get out of the SUV. He refused at first and then attacked the cops when he did get out.
