Violent rampage in Rosyln Heights, NY leaves 4 injured and a Nassau County Police Officer with a broken arm. Suspect charged with assault and other charges; will need a NY Criminal Lawyer

Eugene Tomachinski, a middle aged Connecticut resident, was hanging at his girlfriend’s house in Roslyn Heights, New York when chaos broke out. Authorities say that Tomachinski woke up enraged. He started smashing his girlfriend’s computer and telephone. He became violent with his girlfriend when she tried to stop him. It was then that her father broke them up, and ran with his daughter out of the house. Tomachinski followed the two outside and dragged his girlfriend back in, with the father trying to protect her the entire time. Nassau County Police arrived on the scene after a receiving a neighbors call. Police told him to let go of the woman and tried to restrain him after he refused. Tomachinski attacked the officers; spitting, punching, kicking and even breaking one of the officer’s arms. Three officers were injured during the attack. All three were taken to Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY for treatment. Tomachinski was taken to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY to be treated and evaluated. His girlfriend and her father had injuries, but none that demanded immediate medical care. Tomachinski is facing charges of criminal mischief, resisting arrest and second degree assault.

Manhattan man makes death threats and needs an experienced New York Criminal Defense Lawyer

A Manhattan, NY resident, John Zaubler, has been charged with making threats against Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor. Zaubler called police late one evening and told them he planned on blowing up Sotomayor. His reasoning was if he blew up Sotomayor, his girlfriend would not go to federal prison. Officials say he also claimed he wanted to blow up President Obama. After the call, Zaubler called back from his apartment in the Upper West Side in Manhattan to turn himself in. Miley Cyrus’ stalker arrested, but then released Reports a New York Criminal Lawyer

A Georgia resident was arrested in Tybee Island, GA; which is close to the area Miley Cyrus is doing a film. While McLeod was being carted off by authorities, he cursed at police and tried to attack one of the cops trying to subdue him. New York Criminal Lawyer reports Ex-Yankees star Leyritz faces assault charges.

Jim Leyritz once a Yankee star is in custody once more. He was arrested for assault after allegedly hitting his mate. The cops were summoned to his house in Davie, FL. Karrie Leyritz claims that Jim hit her in the mouth after entering the home. Her stories to police though, were conflicting. She claimed two different scenarios to the police which throw some doubt on her claims. The couple has been having fights over custody and child support. There were signs of violence in the house but nothing which proves that Leyritz committed the crimes his ex says he did. Karrie Leyritz was drinking that very night and the children were not disturbed during the incident between their parents. The manslaughter charge that he is facing is scheduled for trial in the next couple of months. He is now facing domestic violence charges as well.

New York Criminal Lawyer tells of shooting in Times Square, NY

New York City’s beautiful Time’s Square area which is a tremendous attraction for tourists had a shooting incident occur in front of the Westin Hotel. A pimp whose name is Westin was shot in an area filled with theaters and fine restaurants. He was shot by someone who was not identified. It was probably another pimp who was settling some kind of problem with David Westin. He went down when he was shot in the chest and was then taken to the hospital. He later died from the injury. The shooter disappeared into the night and has not been seen or arrested.

PAIR CHARGED IN ’86 KILLING-CALL A NY CRIMINAL ATTORNEY

Two killers were tricked into admitting their guilt twenty years after the murder of Samuel Quentzel. Lewis Slaughter and Roger Williams who had not seen each other in many years were joined in a Nassau police station to tell police about a crime that occurred many years ago. Catching up on old times they started to talk about crimes they pulled off in the 1980’s. They were unaware that they were being taped by authorities and they wound up giving enough ammunition to get themselves indicted. The shooting took place in near Quentzel’s home in the driveway during a botched robbery attempt. Clifton Waters who was also involved and probably the shooter is dead. He was killed a few months after the shooting of Mr. Quentzel.

Lynbrook Man arrested in Woodmere Armed Robbery case. He should call a New York Criminal Defense Lawyer

Moises Gutierrez robbed a woman at gunpoint and then fled on a bike. The woman was not injured but was missing her purse. Gutierrez was found later and is being help in custody by authorities. The twenty year old resident of Denton Ave in Lynbrook was able to get rid of the gun he used in the crime but police found the woman belongings and returned them to the happy person. Plainview, NY, Man Arrested for Bank Robbery and will need a New York Criminal Defense Lawyer

Two different Capital One Banks were robbed by the same man. Both bands are located on Long Island, NY. Edward Aukstolis was caught while he was heisting the second bank. When New Yorkers are facing child endangerment charges, they need a New York Criminal Lawyer

Nassau County police arrested Jessie McFadden, a 21-year-old resident of Jerusalem Ave in Hicksville, NY, for endangering the welfare of two children. Police reports say McFadden’s daughter and her sister were left unattended in his house in what they describe as unsafe conditions. Luckily, the 8 month old and 6 year old girls were found unharmed, even though they were within reach of alcohol and prescription drugs for at least an hour unsupervised. The girls were released in their mother’s custody. McFadden was charged with two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Alvizures was held overnight and was going to be arraigned the next morning.

Celebrity trainer found guilty of assault and other charges reports a New York Criminal Lawyer

Anthony Badalamenti, a trainer on televisions “The Biggest Loser”, has been found guilty of second-degree criminal assault, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a weapon. He had been arrested in October of 2008 when his landlord heard his girlfriend’s son begging for Badalamenti and his mother, Jessica Muniz, to stop beating him. Nassau County Police arrived on the scene to find the 6 year old covered in marks and welts. Reports say that he skin was left raw from the attack. Badalmenti, a Merrick resident, had beaten the child with a weigh lifting bar. The boy testified at the trial in Nassau County Court, in Hempstead NY. He faces up to seven years in prison; he will be arraigned in August. Muniz’s trial is set to start in July.

Attempted Arson in Hewlett Bay Park, NY has Long Island Resident facing multiple felony charges; She will need a great New York Criminal Defense Lawyer

Esther Hershko, of Andover Lane in Woodmere, NY had broken into the home of her estranged husband and tried to light it on fire while he was sleeping. Once inside, she poured lighter fluid on the floor of a bedroom in his Hewlett Bay Park home. She was forced to leave before she was able to light the fire because her estranged husband woke up. He did not hear her in the house, but heard the sounds of his dog having a seizure. Hershko threw the empty can into bushes in front of the house but was spotted by a neighbor who called the police. She was arrested a short time after. Hersko’s estranged husband and the 4 others inside the home were not injured. Hershko has been charged with first-degree burglary, fourth degree possession of a dangerous weapon, five counts of second degree attempted murder, and second degree attempted arson. She will be arraigned in the First District Court in Hempstead, NY.
