A Long Island Criminal Lawyer tells of an 8 year old boy who was put under arrest for gun possession.

A young 8 year old boy is facing some various serious charges after he was found to have a gun in his desk. The boy, whose name has not been revealed due to his age, attends North Elementary School; located at 50 W White St, Brentwood, NY 11717. Reports show the child had arrived to class late. His teacher noticed him gesturing to another child and began walking over to them. As he got closer he overheard their conversation. It was then he saw the hand gun and notified officials. Corona, Queens Women stabbed 40 Times, Boyfriend leaves country – a New York Criminal Lawyer is on call

Cops went into a Corona home after they rec’d a call from the 110th Street apartment in Queens, NY. They found the body of 29 year old DB stabbed 40 times. It was noted that the apartment had signs of struggle and the body’s wounds were to the heart, lungs and jugular. World of Warcraft game helps to catch a fugitive according to a Nassau County Criminal Lawyer

Police have been using online gaming to help catch thieves. A fugitive had been arrested for the sale of a controlled substance and the sale of marijuana in Illinois. He had managed to flee the country to avoid going to jail. Unfortunately he was addicted to the popular computer game “World of Warcraft.” The game, made by Blizzard Entertainment, is an online role playing where the players can interact with each other while controlling their avatar in fights and scheduled battles. Deputies in Illinois received a tip that the suspect was still an active player in the game. Blizzard Entertainment gave the man's IP address, account and billing information to authorities. Once they had that information, they were able to find the fugitive in Ottowa, Canada. Canadian authorities aided in the arrest of the suspect. He was taken back to the United States where he is waiting for trial. He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Yeshiva Teacher, alleged to be a boy molester, could use a Long Island Criminal Lawyer

2 men under arrest after robbing a store owner says a New York Criminal Lawyer

On December 5, two men went into the Elmhurst Employment Agency. Once inside, a 43 year-old and a 40 year-old robbed and assaulted the agency’s owner. The agency which is located near 41st Avenue and 81st Street was robbed shortly after opening that morning. The men went inside carrying knifes and demanded money from the owner. One beat the man up while the other held the weapon to the owner. They took the owner’s money and fled from the scene. Queens County Police were tipped off as to the men’s whereabouts. One suspect was put under arrest that same evening and his partner was arrested December 10, 2009. Both men are being charged with robbery; which is a felony and criminal possession of a weapon; which is a misdemeanor. One man has been held on $60,000.00 bail while the other has been held on $25,000.00 bail. Neither men have posted bail as of yet. They will be arraigned in Queens County Criminal Court located at 125-01 Queens Blvd. Kew Gardens NY 11415.

A New York Criminal Lawyer reports a Kings County man put under arrest for murder.

A 49 year old Williamsburg, NY resident was drinking close to his home this week when he got into a fight with another man. Kings County Police report that the incident happened at Maria grocery; which is located at 373 Broadway, Brooklyn NY 11211. The grocery store has a pool table in the back of the store and allows patrons to play. Reports show that the aforementioned man was intoxicated as he got into a fight with another man who was playing pool. It is unclear why the men started arguing, but it ended with the suspect shooting the man once in the chest. The shot was fatal. The other people in the store did not suffer any injury. Reports do not indicate if the shooter had been drinking at the store, or had arrived intoxicated. Kings County Police put the shooter under arrest for criminal possession of a weapon and murder. A Brooklyn man has been put under arrest after assaulting a coworker reports a New York Criminal Lawyer

Brooklyn Police were alerted to an incident that happened on Christmas Eve in Satmar Meats, Fort Green NY. Reports have not released the name of the victim, but do state that a 27 year old man assaulted his female coworker earlier that morning. The woman claimed he did not like the way she was cutting the meats and began attacking her. She tried to run from the man but he followed her and continued to hit her. He allegedly threatened to hurt family members if she reported the incident. Reports do not state how long the assailant or the victim were employees of the butcher shop; which is located on Lee Street in Brooklyn, close to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. Police put the suspect under arrest after the victim’s husband saw the bruises and reported the incident. Two Queens brothers are put under arrest after setting their store on fire. They may need a New York Criminal Lawyer

Uber Café was a bagel store located at 334 Depot Rd. in Huntington Station, NY. The store’s owners who resides at 153-26 77th Ave in Flushing, NY, and his brother a 28 year old of 158-17 78th Rd., Flushing NY set fire to their store late one night. Florida man who left a child on a school bus is sentenced says a New York Criminal Lawyer

A former Kings County resident, had been working as a bus driver for a school in Brooklyn, NY. He had driven his route that day and dropped the children off at Stanley S. Lamm Preschool on Prince Street in downtown Brooklyn. He and the bus matron did not check the bus to see if the were any children still on board. Bank Teller conspires to Falsely Stage a Robbery at a Citizens Bank in Coram

A 25 year old bank teller along with a 51 year old resident of North Ocean Ave in Patchogue are both facing D Felony Grand Larceny Charges in the 3rd degree. They both conspired to falsely report a robbery at a Citizens Bank Branch on 294 Middle Country Rd in Coram, New York. It was arranged for Palma Salinas to approach Arevalo with a note demanding money. One man would hand off the money and it was agreed that later they would meet at another location to split the stolen money. Upon the response of the authorities, the authorities were given a description of the robber and they were told that he ordered the cash with a note. Witnesses directed the officers to a nearby McDonalds and they found the other man with the cash and note. Detectives were then suspicious and under questioning the bank teller admitted that they had conspired. They were arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip, NY. The charges would have been more serious if there was gun possession involved.

A 16 year old girl is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after stabbing a man on a subway. She will need a New York Criminal Lawyer.

A woman was leaving a restaurant in Queens, NY when she claims a group of men followed her. She ran into a subway station to try to get away from them as they tried to sexually assault her.
