A 41 year old man of East Hampton pleaded guilty to Manslaughter in the First Degree in Suffolk County Criminal Court after stabbing 29 year old Blanca Soto in the back with a kitchen knife due to an altercation regarding their children’s visitation agreement. It was reported that the convict was intoxicated during the incident and Blanca Soto was pronounced dead at South Hampton Hospital located on 240 Meeting House Lane in South Hampton, NY due to the fatal stab wounds in her back. This tragic episode left 11 and 9 year old children without a mother and father, but they have been placed in the care of their uncle. He is expected to serve 22 years in prison; the maximum sentence for manslaughter is usually 25 years. Men riding the train in Brooklyn certainly have been faced with an odd set of circumstances lately. A straphanger apparently lost control of his emotions and attacked five strangers. A Greyhound Bus from Manhattan was found in Astoria, Queens. Apparently it was swiped from the storage garage in Manhattan and wound up in Queens. A Rival bus company called in when he spotted the abandoned but on Astoria Blvd in Queens. A deranged woman, a distraught father and ex-husband and an extremely confused grandmother all try to make out the details behind the murder of an eight-year-old boy. The father, who lives across the country, said he thought that the grandmother of the child had identified the little boys body. However, he learned after 48 hours that is son’s body remained in the medical examiner’s office without a proper identification. The mother is now considered a criminal and will need legal advice. She apparently murdered her son by feeding him ground up prescription medication.

The mother, who is now in a psyche ward, had emailed a relative indicating that there was a problem. Michael Jackson is, was and always will be a pop icon. The alleged gunman pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree murder and first-degree attempted robbery. This criminal said he shot the man because he would not lie down. He was being held without bail and ordered to return to court next month. Another suspect, an eighteen-year-old, pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder. This suspect was found with a bullet in his pocket that matched the one that killed the El Salvadorian father.

Security video in a nearby delicatessen was seized by authorities confirmed the details of the shooting. As it was, the victim was shot in front of his son and possibly in order to save his life although he had no money to give the would-be robbers.
