Lil Wayne Head to Rikers Reports a Manhattan Criminal Lawyer

Lil Wayne is a popular rapper but for now, he has made his final appearance. And, this was not a performance by the rapper for fans. His fans and photographers did follow him into the courthouse. He reportedly caused quite a scene as he exited his automobile with his hood pulled over his head. Manhattan Criminal Lawyers report that Lil Wayne was rushed past the security line and he stepped through the metal detector, which should have been carried out with little fanfare.

However, because Lil Wayne is a celebrity and was appearing in court to plead guilty to attempted possession of a weapon that was found on his tour bus in 2007, normal procedures were altered. A Manhattan Criminal Lawyer reports that Lil Wayne plead guilty in exchange for a one-year sentence. This was the third time that his case was to appear before a judge. The first time a judge postponed the hearing so that Lil Wayne could receive dental care and the second time a fire in the courthouse caused the case to be rescheduled.

New York Criminal Lawyers report that the judge had to postpone the beginning of the hearing because people were entering the room and then apparently asked Lil Wayne if he had anything to say but was given a simple headshake answering the judge.

Man Warns Woman of Impending Death Via Text Message Says a Bronx Criminal Lawyer

Text messaging has quickly become one of the largest forms of communication in recent years. And, one Brooklyn man, enraged over his girlfriend’s actions sent her a text message telling her that he was going to kill her. It seems she left a party that the two were attending and didn’t bother telling him. And, so he sent her message threatening her life. A Bronx Criminal Lawyer may be called in to help iron out the details of the situation.

The victim is a 25-year-old mother of two. She was found beaten and strangled not long after her married lover followed her home. The babysitter, the mother of the victim, said he knocked on the door and she opened it. She noted that at the time, nothing seemed wrong so she allowed the man to come inside just before 2:00 AM. Once she started hearing noises, she begged a neighbor to call 911.

The victim’s mother said she went into the room after the man calmly walked away from the apartment with blood on his mouth after biting the woman. A Bronx Criminal Lawyer says the suspect is married to a woman who lives two floors above the victim and her family and was snorting cocaine and discussing the murder with relatives afterwards. One of his cousins’s asked him why he would do such a thing and his answer was a pathetic “she should have never left” (the party).

The victim’s mother said the suspect had stuffed the victim under her own bed. Half of her body was sticking out and her mother was obviously upset. Once the police arrived, the suspect was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. He didn’t even try to flee once the authorities arrived. Investigators were looking for the victims phone, as it seems he had sent the text message threatening her shortly before showing up at her home. A New York Criminal Lawyer suspects like this who have prior arrests for assault, menacing and harassment and many times the crimes just continue to increase in intensity just as this one did.

Family Deals With Difficult Deaths says Suffolk County Criminal Lawyers

A man told his nephew that according to a family friend, he would recover from cancer. And only a few hours later, the man was shot to death in his home near Huntington Station while protecting his family from three robbers. And, no sooner did the family begin to deal with the loss of one family member, the young man died after a two-year battle with cancer. He was only twenty-one years old.

Hopefully the family can find a great lawyer. The two tragedies have the close-knit family wondering what to do now. The family now has to deal with the murder. According to a spokesperson, the family has accepted God’s will and that God has His way. However, the spokesperson said that the family does still have moments where they gather and morn together.

Now, two men have been charged with the death of the El Salvador man. The third man is still on the run from Suffolk police. Suffolk County Criminal Lawyers have their hands full in this one, that’s for sure. While the young man who died from cancer attended Suffolk County Community College and was hoping to become a paramedic, his uncle’s death should result in the conviction of three men for robbery and murder. The young man grew closer to his uncle, when his parents moved to Florida. The family and their children visited the young cancer sufferer often.

And now, the family will need to stick together to get through the coming days. And, hopefully a Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer can help.

An arrest based on an illegal search warrant by the police can lead to your release. This outcome can only come to fruition if a New York Criminal Lawyer is on the case. Being without a competent attorney is leaving one's fate to chance and that is not the way to go if one's freedom is on the line.

Wheel Rims Being Sold on the Internet Lead to the Arrest to the Suspects Reports Staten Island Criminal Lawyers

When suspects name themselves, you can guarantee they have reached a level of arrogance that resulted in their arrest. In this case, Staten Island Criminal Lawyers found a group of five men calling themselves the “Rim Reapers”. The suspects were stripping automobiles parked in various driveways and auto dealerships. But they weren’t stopping with this; the suspects then took the rims and attempted to sell them on the Internet. Staten Island Criminal Lawyers will find that the operation was simple, a customer would make a request for wheels for a Mercedes and boom, and the rims would appear. The ring is said to be one of the largest rings that deal with stolen wheel rims.

The suspects in this crime had a ringleader who was only 24 and he was charged with second-degree assault as the result of an incident in January when the suspect injured an officer after being stopped. The suspect fled the scene but his luck soon ran out. There were four others charged in the crimes will need to call a New York Criminal Lawyer as well.

Prosecutor said the ring was specifically targeting Cadillac Escalades and Nissan Maximas. The cars would be stripped and left on concrete blocks for the owners to find later. And, these suspects were extremely brave in that the crimes were often muti-faceted. Often times they would remove cards at a dealership ad then steal a van from a nearby home. Then the suspects would remove the back seats of the van and use the van to transport stolen goods. New York Criminal Lawyers agree that this was a rather sophisticated group of criminals.

Thief In A Taxi Cab is Captured & Confesses Says NY Criminal Lawyer

Trying to rob a bank with a get-away for protection is one thing. Trying to do the same thing and use a taxi to leave the scene is simply ridiculous. Apparently though, the crime is one that plays out more often than the imagination can conceive. Not even it he movies do taxi-riding bandits get away with robbery. And, a NY Criminal Lawyer may be able to help but will probably find a bit of humor in the approach as well.

In this particular case, the suspect can tell about entering a Bank on Broadway near West 145th Street in Wet Harlem on a Wednesday morning. A NY Criminal Lawyer can be of great assistance in a case like this.

The suspect entered the branch, gave the teller a note demanding money and repeatedly the mantra “Right now!” according to witnesses. The teller put approximately $1,400 in the bag but was smart enough to put a dye pack in between the bills. After the suspect jumped in the cab, the pack exploded she jumped out of the cab. This silliness doesn’t end here; she then flagged down another cab to try to get away. She was captured Tuesday and confessed to an earlier attempted robbery on New Year’s Eve. And, one other taxi-bank-robbing-bandit was caught as well and was arrested for alleged bank robberies.

Robbery is a very serious criminal charge and although there are some funny aspects to this particular case, the penalties are nothing to chuckle at. Only an experienced New York Criminal Lawyer can save the apprehended person from the worst consequences. The law can be harsh and if you don't have an attorney, you will feel the wrath.+
