McDonough the Seldon Animal Torturer faces charges says a New York Criminal Lawyer

Sharon McDonough resident of Awixa Place in Seldon was accused of turning her backyard into a graveyard of pets. She is currently in the process of getting a psychiatric evaluation before she can stand a trial. Judge Hensley of District Court in Central Islip claims that the courts are waiting on a psychiatric report in order to determine whether she is “an incapacitated person.” McDonough is currently facing six counts of misdemeanor torturing animals after investigators removed five dogs and a cat from her home. The investigation is still in process and she may be facing more charges. McDonough‘s young children are no longer in her custody and the courts have yet to determine who will have the custody. She has not been charged with Domestic Violence as of yet..

Actor Tom Sizemore arrested for Domestic Violence. If this happens in NY, you will need a New York Criminal Attorney

Tom Sizemore, who had starred in the hit film Black Hawk Down, has been arrested for the second time in 3 months. The first time, police in Hollywood, California were responding to a possible domestic violence call in found Sizemore in the area. It turned out that he had an outstanding narcotic warrant and was arrested. A friend he was with was also arrested for possession of narcotics. This time, Sizemore has been arrested for domestic violence. Reports indicate Sizemore had an altercation with a woman and it turned violent. The alleged victim’s name has not been made public yet. Sizemore was also arrested in 2003 for domestic violence. He struck his then girlfriend, famed madam Heidi Fleiss. Sizemore was held on $20,000.00 bail.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE MAY LEAD TO CONVICTION DON'T HIRE A NY CRIMINAL ATTORNEY

Domestic violence issues in New York City and its surrounding boroughs have taken a rise. A police officer of Queens County was shot as he addressed a domestic quarrel in Queens, New York. Yet, he was still able to nail the felon. The Officer Rodney Lewis was struck by a handgun as he battled Edwin Santana a convict who was previously charged with manslaughter in 1991. Officer Lewis, who is a resident of the Village of Freeport, in Nassau County, New York responded to a call that came into the 119th precinct, where Hazel Campana, who was previously Robert Campana reported that she was fighting with her boyfriend, Carlos Berrios because she claims that he stole her purse. She then called her ex-boyfriend, Santana who came to her rescue, with a gun. He shot the long island resident officer as they wrestled him to the ground.
As for the Campana, the girlfriend she claims that she put an order of protection against him and will notify the authorities the next time she sees him. Domestic disputes can become very violent, as one of the parties most often than not gets out of hand. You don’t have to face the judicial system alone. "Heroes" Father Faces Jail Time-If You're Charged Get a New York Criminal Attorney

He is said to have beaten up his wife and faces a prison sentence of up to a year.

Alan Panettiere was released on bail after he was charged with striking his wife an number of times. He is due to be arraigned next month in Beverly Hills. Alan is 49 and had no visible representation.
