Kid Rock Was Represented by a Lawyer and So Should You if You Have Criminal Charges Against You in Long Island

by

Robert Ritchie who is better known as Kid Rock had his lawyer put in a plea of not guilty to charges in a court hearing in Atlanta. Kid was not in court himself but his attorney tool care of business. Rock was involved in a fight in a local restaurant and the charges had to do with whatever took place there.

He did have representation as should you if you are charged with a crime or misdemeanor in Long Isand. A Nassau County attorney will make sure that your rights are protected and that a misdemeanor charge does not escalate into a felony charge. Not being represented can lead to difficulties that you don’t want to face.

Cops arrested the rap rocker and five members of his posse last October on misdemeanor charges of simple battery. The group had gone to the restaurant after a performance when the fight allegedly broke out. According to police, a customer at the Waffle House recognized a woman in Kid Rock’s party and exchanged words with her, allegedly inciting Kid.

The firm of Stephen Bilkis & Associates with six convenient locations in the Metropolitan Area can be of invaluable assistance to you if you find yourself a defendant in a criminal action. Facing charges without professional representation could lead to disastrous results.
