A 16 year old girl is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after stabbing a man on a subway. She will need a New York Criminal Lawyer.

A woman was leaving a restaurant in Queens, NY when she claims a group of men followed her. She ran into a subway station to try to get away from them as they tried to sexually assault her. Reports indicate the lady had tried to jump over a turnstile to get onto the F train and away from her attackers. The group grabbed her. It was at this time the woman pulled a knife out of her purse and stabbed the 29 year old assailant. The stab was fatal. The young female later turned herself into police custody. She is facing a felony charge of manslaughter and a misdemeanor of criminal possession of a weapon.
