Mississippi To Take After Arizona Immigration Laws

A bill that is coming up before the Mississippi Legislature could make it every law officer’s responsibility to check immigration status, reports a NYC Criminal Lawyer.

Senators passed a bill (34 to 15) that would grant police officers the power the check immigration status of anyone they pull over, or stop at a traffic stop. The Police Chief stated that they already do so if they have a reasonable suspicion and that they work with ICE when that happens. ICE, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is the federal agency usually in charge of immigration matters.

Mississippi Senators want to pass the law so that they can prevent an immigration problem. They believe that more eyes and ears looking out for illegal immigrants can help to eliminate the problem.

The Chief of Police says that the Sheriff’s depart already determines immigration status before booking someone in jail, and states he only has one issue with making the immigration checks mandatory. He spoke about priorities, and what happens when something comes up that is a higher priority than immigration.

There is opposition to the bill. Naturalized Mexican Americans are protesting because they feel like it leads to racial profiling. Some feel that the police will not target anyone else other than the Hispanic. Others feel like they have a right to be in this country because they take the jobs that no one else will take.

The bill must still go through Mississippi’s House, where it will likely face more opposition than it did in the Senate, before becoming a bill.

Driver of ice cream truck kills pedestrian,

A man driving an ice cream truck admits to hitting and killing a disabled pedestrian while driving under the influence. The man was driving illegally with a suspended license just after 7pm when he struck a disabled man who had fallen in the road with his walker and was attempting to pull himself up. The driver of the ice cream truck also admits that he did not stop and assist the man he had hit.

According to the NYC Criminal Lawyer, a witness to the incident alerted police, who then tracked down the driver of the ice cream truck and apprehended him at his home. After investigating the man, police learned that his driver’s license had been suspended until 2030 because of his multiple DWI incidents.

The victim of the crash died at the scene, recounted the New York Criminal Lawyer, and pending the investigation more information would be released. This incident is a clear example of how the laws for driving while intoxicated do not prevent people from continuing to drive drunk. If the man had received a worse penalty for driving with a suspended license the first time perhaps the man would have changed his course of actions.

Repeat offenders seem to lose any and all respect for the laws that limit their ability to live the life that they know, believes the New York Criminal Lawyer. For some individuals, nothing but incarceration will keep them from getting behind the wheel, and this puts everyone at risk. In this instance, the man driving the ice cream truck is was freed on $250,000 bond and is on the streets again while he is awaiting trial.

Accused Killer Represents Himself in Hospital Lawsuit,

Violent crimes are not always the result of a disturbed mind. This is the stance that is being taken in regards to an accused killer who is waiting to stand trial for murder, according to a New York Criminal Lawyer. The accused is representing himself in his own murder trial, provided that he is found competent.

Last April a respected doctor gunned down his colleague after stalking him. The victim was a Yale doctor and he was shot in the face at point blank range in front of his wife and his three year old son, reports the NY Criminal Lawyer. The two physicians had apparently conflicted in the past and had confrontations that, the accused maintains, led up to the devastating events of that April evening.

As fundamentally wrong as his actions may have been, the victim insists that he was fired from his position at a Brooklyn hospital after mounting tensions with his colleague, the New York Criminal Lawyer said. The accused had filed a discrimination lawsuit against the hospital prior to the murder, insisting that prejudice and malice were inflicted upon him even before he lost his job.

The accused maintains that all of these circumstances led to his life falling apart, and ultimately to the shooting death for which he is now awaiting trial, reports the N York Criminal Lawyer. The judge is reviewing the information to determine whether or not the accused is capable of representing himself in court, an action that is rarely seen today.

Not everyone understands the legalities of our judiciary system.

DUI Driver Kills 8-year old Girl, Indicates New York Criminal Lawyer

DUI Driver Kills 8-year old Girl, Indicates New York Criminal Lawyer
You’d think with all the advertising that says it’s not a smart thing to drink and drive that people would actually listen. Unfortunately, they don’t and accidents like this senseless tragedy occur said a New York Criminal Lawyer. But for the fact that the 45-year old man had been drinking, an 8-year old child would still be alive.
This wreck involved three cars and happened just as the child’s family was exiting an Interstate to head into town. Both the parents were seriously injured in this accident and they never knew what hit them. The driver just came at them out of the blue and suddenly, after the sound of breaking glass died down, there were three cars tangled in a massive wreck.
The drunk driver would be cited with vehicular homicide and likely face additional charges reported the New York Criminal Lawyer. The police will be launching an investigation in to the fatal affair, in the hopes of getting to the bottom of what happened. While it is quite evident that the driver was behind the wheel three sheets to the wind, no one is clear on what happened prior to the wreck. Often, details like that are necessary to put together a court case.
The parents will want to speak to a New York Criminal Lawyer to find out how they may proceed with their case once the criminal charges have been laid and the offender is officially in the justice system. Typically, personal injury lawsuits are filed after the criminal courts have dealt with an offender. The most famous case that illustrates this is the O.J. Simpson civil trial.
If you have been in a wreck that involved a DUI driver, make your first call to a New York Criminal Attorney for advice. Many New York City Criminal Lawyers have the ability to represent either the plaintiff or the defendant. If you are the at fault driver in a DUI wreck, do not speak to police, call a New York Criminal Attorney right away.

Increase in Holiday Traffic Brought a Congested End to 2010

The economy sluggishly raised its head after a long and arduous climb, and so did a growing interest in spending and celebration on the part of consumers, which increased the likelihood of accidents and injuries at the end of 2010, reports one New York Criminal Lawyer.

People began getting into the holiday spirit almost reluctantly, it seemed, but by mid-December the holly, jolly, infectious consumerist tradition that we know and love as Christmas had begun its feverish ascent to peak experience. Do you know that feeling? That moment when all of the gifts are bought and wrapped, the stockings are filled, the cookies are made, the cards are sent and there is nothing left to DO for Christmas anymore except to just allow it to come and go?

According to one New York Criminal Lawyer, many people would benefit by introducing themselves to that feeling a little sooner and slowing down, as the hustle and bustle of roadway congestion at the end of the year is primarily a result of consumers rushing around for last minute deals and details.

Combine those frustrated, busy consumers with an increase of drunk drivers out celebrating all of the joy that life has to offer and you have anything but a silent night. Between Christmas and New Years Eve, automobile fatalities rise sharply, up from 36 per day due to drunk and other impaired drivers to a staggering 56 per day by the time January 1 rolls off the clock, according to the New York Criminal Lawyer.

It just goes to show that whether we are stressed out to the max, joyful and happy or tanked after a company Christmas party, the importance of patience and of slowing down, taking an extra second or two to think about the choices that we are making, really can be the difference between life and death, not just at Christmas, but every single day.

Choose a New York Criminal Attorney the next time you find yourself in a legal situation due to DUI or charges stemming from other alcohol and drug related incidents. A New york Criminal Attorney will level the playing field and help you through the process of moving forward.

David Cassidy Arrested for DUI

Anyone who grew up during the 1970s decade will immediately recognize his name: David Cassidy. The former star of The Partridge Family and also a teen romance and pseudo sex idol to millions of women all over the world, was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the arrest, Cassidy was forced to spent nine hours in prison, said a New York Criminal Lawyer. Nine hours locked away from the world, unable to leave, held hostage - a danger to the world around him - all this from a former TV star and singer. It would be surreal if it were not commonplace amongst the Hollywood celebrity culture. Cassidy also had to post a three hundred and fifty dollar bail fee, reported a New York Criminal Lawyer.

Cassidy for his part steadfastly denies that he was intoxicated while driving. According to Cassidy the heart throb had a single glass of wine at lunch and had taken a hydrocodone pill a few hours later (hydrocodone is a narcotic painkiller and mixing it with alcohol is generally ill advised). Police countered Cassidy's assertions by claiming to have a found a half drunk bottle of bourbon in the star's backseat, said a New York Criminal Lawyer.

Cassidy said he would never put someone in danger and was only driving because he had to attend a funeral, said a New York Criminal Lawyer. Cassidy lives in Florida with his longtime wife.

Drunk Pilot Arrested After Trying to Fly Plane to Wrong City

Driving while drunk is a serious problem, part of an almost epidemic like disease that the country has to deal with on a daily basis - but flying drunk? Authorities in London detained a Delta Airlines pilot after discovering that the man was intoxicated and yet was going to still attempt to fly the massive airplane, said a New York Criminal Lawyer. According to the London authorities the man had a blood alcohol level of more than five times the legal limit (yes, apparently there is a certain level of drunkenness permitted for pilots).

Delta Airlines, when giving a public statement, sounded shocked, disappointed, and surprised by the entire ordeal. They noted that they are proud of the fact that Delta Airlines has amongst the strictest no drinking and flying policies in all the world, noted a New York Criminal Lawyer. Still, despite all that, the man still almost boarded the plane and took off. All that stopped him? The flight was destined for Detroit and while flying drunk to Detroit is not an extra stiff offense when you board the plane telling authorities that you intend to land in New York that is when you get in trouble, said a New York Criminal Lawyer. Add to the fact that the man had untied shoe laces, a dis shelved appearance, and smelled of alcohol and you have a cocktail for disaster - no pun intended.

The man is still in the UK, facing charges there of flying a plane while drunk. He will later be returned to the United States of America, said a New York Criminal Lawyer. FAA officials say they will open their own investigation into the matter.

While flying drunk is not a problem many face, driving drunk is. If you've been charged with drunk driving, or any other crime, contact a New York Criminal Attorney today to ensure your rights are protected.

Computer Expert Pleads Guilty to Hacking Scam

A computer specialist in Arizona has pleaded guilty for his role in an Internet stock-fraud scheme, sources told a New York Criminal Lawyer. He has already been in prison for a similar charge.
The 41-year-old computer specialist admitted in federal court in Trenton that he misrepresented stock prices for thinly traded stocks between November 2007 and February 2009, promoting them through such means as spam and then taking over the brokerage accounts of third parties.
He also pleaded guilty in August 2009 for his part in a scheme lead by another man, this one from West Bloomfield, Michigan. Prosecutors labeled this man once as “the world’s most notorious illegal spammer.” The computer specialist was sentenced to a year in prison for that case and released in April 2010. His accomplice is currently serving a 51-month prison term.
“The conspirators may have updated the fraud with technology, but strip away the army of computers and this is a classic pump and dump scheme,” a U.S. Attorney told a New York Criminal Lawyer. The computer specialist pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit securities fraud and fraud in connection with electronic mail. He could go to prison for five years, according to New York Criminal Lawyers.
The scheme used hackers and a large number of computers, called a botnet, to spread computer viruses worldwide. Stocks would be inflated in value, then the hackers would break into brokerage accounts, liquidate stocks, and buy shares of the stocks they had manipulated.
Some of the basics of crime changes, but the law remains the same – everyone is innocent until proven guilty. A New York Criminal Attorney can help you protect your rights, should you ever face a trial. The skills of a New York Criminal Lawyer are important when it comes to making sure everyone is equal before the law.

Lindsey Lohan Also Treated for E-Mail and Twitter Addiction

The Betty Ford Center is doing more than treating Lindsey Lohan for her drug addiction, sources told a New York Criminal Lawyer. She is also being treated for an apparent addiction to e-mail and Twitter.
Sources told a New York Criminal Lawyer that Lohan was “only allowed to use her phone for two hours a day, and only to keep in touch with family and close friends.” The source continued. “Before, she would repeatedly and compulsively e-mail her friends if she was ever in a situation where she felt lonely, and she would vent on Twitter.” Limiting phone privileges is common practice at Betty Ford. According a source, it “allows her to concentrate on herself.”
Sufolk County Criminal Lawyers have learned Lindsay’s mother is getting some help of her own from the mother of Kim Kardashian. According to a source, “[Kardashian’s mother] has been offering support and had [Lohan’s mother] stay with her in L.A. when Lindsay appeared in court. Kim has also struck up a friendship with Lindsay, and because Kim doesn’t party, doesn’t touch drugs, and doesn’t really drink, they hope she’ll be a good influence.”
There are certainly perks to being a celebrity, but when it comes to run-ins with the law, the public exposure can make matters much more difficult. They need more than the run of the mill defense should the time come to face a judge or jury in criminal proceedings.
The same goes for anyone – you’ll want more than the standard defense, which means a New York Criminal Attorney. Your future could depend upon the quality of your representation, which is why someone as skilled as a New York Criminal Lawyer is so important.

Yankee Caps Popular Apparel for Crime

Two men and a woman breaking into a Manhattan gym locker to steal credit cards, a man trying to rob a bank with only a note, a gunman robbing a store in Queens – what do these three have in common? Yes, they’re all criminals, but these weren’t the same people in each instance.
The common thread – they all wore Yankees caps. It’s a strange new trend New York Criminal Lawyers have noted: dozens of men and women who commit crimes against their fellow New Yorkers do so while wearing Yankees caps or clothing.
More than 100 people who have been suspects or persons of interest in connection with serious crimes in New York City have been caught wearing some sort of Yankees paraphernalia, since 2000, New York Criminal Lawyers learned from police sources. No other sports team has nearly as much popularity among the criminal set.
The Mets are likely glad to be behind the Yankees in this one circumstance. Only around a dozen criminals in the same survey were caught with Mets gear. “It’s a shame,” said the president of a Yankee fan club to a New York Criminal Lawyer. “It makes us Yankees fans look like criminals, because of a few unfortunate people who probably don’t know the first thing about the Yankees.”
It doesn’t make any difference what you wear if you are accused of a crime – it is painful and distressing all the same. You’ll need a Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer to help sort out the mess. Your case requires attention from the best, and the best help you can possible find is a New York Criminal Attorney.

Nassau County Man Arrested for More than Marijuana

Detectives had been watching the man for a while, police sources told a New York Criminal Lawyer. Seeing him carrying marijuana plants was the last straw. It was time to make the arrest.
The 45-year-old suspect was arrested on drug and weapon charges. The Nassau County Sheriff’s Office told a New York Criminal Lawyer the suspect was not only growing marijuana in his yard, but at a business, as well.
When detectives saw him carrying pots bearing the illegal herb, they made the arrest. They also found more plants, along with the materials needed to properly care for them. All told, New York Criminal Lawyers have learned, the suspect had 55 plants between his home and his business, according to the sheriff’s office.
Police also found a rifle in his him, a source told a New York Criminal Lawyer. This was a violation, since the suspect already had a prior felony conviction against him. The defendant has been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
No matter how cut and dry the case seems to be, a New York Criminal Lawyer is still essential. It is impossible to tell how much better the outcome will be when a good lawyer is involved, but rest assured, it will be better than if, for instance, the defendant attempts to represent himself.

Russian Agent Loved Red

A Manhattan party girl who first showed a love for red when patronizing a Financial District hair salon soon proved that color had a deeper significance than her hair color. New York Criminal Lawyers have determined she lead a double life.
“I want red!” was Anna Chapman’s demand to her hair stylist, according to a New York Criminal Lawyer. Hairdressers at the salon say that when Chapman first came to the salon, she was a brunette.
“The first time she came in, it was just for a blow-dry. She came in with brown hair and I said ‘I’ll fix your color,’” the stylist related to a New York Criminal Lawyer. “And she said ‘Yes, I want red!’”
Chapman must have been pleased by the results. She came back to the salon every three weeks for a color, cut, and blow-dry. The stylists were told she worked in real estate, and Chapman even provided a business card.
Anna Chapman was actually born Anya Kuschenko, and she was one of ten US residents recently arrested as Russian spies. The spy ring was broken up when Chapman missed a scheduled meeting with a supposed Russian spymaster – actually an undercover FBI agent who was investigating her.
Authorities told a New York Criminal Lawyer they were afraid Chapman would flee to Moscow. She used a laptop computer to communicate with a Russian agent each Wednesday.
The assistance of a New York Criminal Attorney is required by those who have allegedly been involved in criminal activity. Only a New York Criminal Attorney can help you receive the best results.

Phony raffle case being investigated by DA

Last year, a local man made the news by starting a raffle to give away a one million dollar home to the winner, tells a New York Criminal Lawyer. Each ticket was sold for $50, so as many can imagine, many tickets were sold in hope of winning the lakefront home.

According to a New York Criminal Attorney, complaints were made many months after the tickets went on sale when no winner was announced. Some believed that the man may have never intended to give the home away, but rather con all the buyers out of their money. As much as a few hundred thousand dollars may have been pocketed by the accused, who has since said that the raffle was cancelled.

The New York Criminal Lawyer said that the raffle had been repeatedly rescheduled, possibly in an attempt to confuse the ticket buyers or trick them into thinking that someone else had won. The website for the raffle stated one of the reasons for the cancellation is a misunderstanding of some laws associated with raffles. No one has received a refund for their ticket.

The local District Attorney is looking into the case to be sure that a crime was committed before charging the man. Those who bought a ticket and wish to take part in the case can access a general criminal complaint form at Nassau.org.

Criminal offense charges require the representation of a New York Criminal Attorney. These situations are difficult for everyone involved, and a New York Criminal Attorney is the professional solution.

Guantanamo Bay detainee requested an end to cavity searches

A suspected terrorist detainee who had been held at Guantanamo Bay has requested that he no longer have his body searched before he enters a courtroom says a New York Criminal Lawyer. He argues that he was mistreated by the CIA while held at Guantanamo Bay, and every time he is searched it makes him flash back to the previous mistreatment he claims he received.

No official word has come down as to whether or not he was actually mistreated, but he has used the possibility to slow down the process of his trial, according to a New York Criminal Lawyer.

The detainee is presently the only prisoner from Guantanamo Bay to be tried in federal courts. A U.S. district judge has order a hearing into the claim, where the detainee would testify. Of course, in order to testify he would have to undergo a body search, which is the very thing he wants to avoid. One New York Criminal Lawyer has said that if the defendant does testify in open court it would be an unprecedented occasion for the public to hear and debate the treatment that prisoners received while being held on terrorist suspicions.

Those charged with criminal activity require the professionalism of a New York Criminal Attorney. For results that you deserve, call a New York Criminal Attorney today.

Forcible Touching is a Sex Crime, a misdemeanor

The rate of sex crimes are increasing not only in New York, but also in the U.S. Accusations of these crimes cause a social stigma for the defendants, as well as serious legal consequences. A New York Sex Crime Lawyer can discuss the crime of Forcible Touching, as it is defined in New York Penal Law 130.20. This crime is categorized as a misdemeanor, which is punishable by a maximum of one year in jail. If you have accused of a Forcible Touching violation or other Sex Crime, such as a Rape or Child Pornography matter, it is advisable for you to contact at New York Forcible Touching Lawyer at your earliest opportunity.

To be found in violation of the crime of Forcible Touching, the District Attorney must find certain elements present in your particular set of circumstances. The crime of Forcible Touching consists of a defendant touching the intimate area of a victim solely for the purpose of abusing (or degrading) the victim, or for the defendant’s sexual gratification. It will be the job of the District Attorney to prove these elements beyond a reasonable doubt.

In this crime, or for other sex crimes, there are a variety of defenses that can be used by your New York Forcible Touching Lawyer. The specific defenses used will be dependent on the crime in question. The defense of consent comes up frequently. Perhaps for example, the Forcible Touching was committed with the understanding by the defendant that there was consent. There may have been consent initially, but because of the emotional nature of these activities, the victim changed their mind. They may feel like now taking revenge and say that the touching was non-consensual.

What may have seemed consensual to the defendant may have now turned into charges of Forcible Touching. It is important that if you have been charged with this or other sex crime you contact a Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer to assist you.

The Crime of Drug Possession is rampant in New York City

A New York Drug Possession Lawyer will tell you that New York City is a major drug traffic center. Due to the city’s sheer size and large multinational population, New York has become a major hub for illegal drug trafficking activities. If you have been arrested for a Drug Crime, contact a New York Drug Possession Lawyer today.
New York State and Federal officials frequently focus on the Mexican and Columbia Drug Cartels, as they are major distributors for illegal drugs. Cocaine will often be shipped into New York City through various methods, including truck, boat and even the U.S. Postal Service. Tons of cocaine is brought in the country every year. As a means to obtain the higher level drug traffickers, the police will often arrest street dealers in order to obtain information leading to arrests of larger importers. It is clear that the US Attorney as well as Federal law enforcement are aggressively pursuing these cases; between 2000-2007 NYC reported and average of 200,000 Misdemeanor drug arrests and 30,000 Felony arrests every year. The drugs that are most common on the street include cocaine, marijuana, heroine, LSD, ecstasy, Khat and even steroids. Legal
drugs such as oxycontin are also abused and sold on street, sometimes by writing fraudulent prescriptions. The vast majority of these arrests result in the offender receiving a criminal conviction and ending up in jail.

The Criminal Court and the District Attorney promote rehabilitation of offenders. Often a sentence for an offender will include a drug treatment program and other drug counseling or psychiatric services. By having a qualified New York Drug Possession Lawyer working on your behalf, it is possible that the Criminal Court may be convinced to put an offender into some type of treatment, rather than be put in jail. This can be done via a plea bargain, where the offense can be plead down to a lesser charge or perhaps even dismissed. Your Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer will work to convince the judge that you will not repeat your offense, and you may receive a conditional discharge.

If you are facing a drug charge, it is important to obtain the advice and counsel of a qualified New York Drug Possession Lawyer. Having representation can make all the difference in the outcome of your case.

Guns being recycled by gangs, says a Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer

It seems that as agencies crackdown on gun running, gangs are passing guns around
more. It once was the case for many gangs that guns would be used for a single
incident, and then discarded. But currently, authorities tell New York Criminal Lawyers
that confiscated guns are being linked to more than one crime. This leads officials to
believe that violent offenders are sharing weapons with each other, as opposed to going
out of state to buy more. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the New York
Police Department have been working together to enforce laws against gun trafficking,
and the joint efforts appear to be yielding good results, says a Suffolk County Criminal
Lawyer
. Last year, the ATF recovered 5,135 guns connected with crimes. The preceding
year, that figure was 5,537. In 2007, the total was 5,914 and in 2006, it was 7,059.
Although the number of murders has increased this year, those involving guns are at
43%, which is down from the 68% of last year. Authorities tell Suffolk County Criminal
Lawyers
that they feel that gang members are getting the message that there are severe
consequences including strict federal prison sentences when you are caught running
guns from another state. The NYPD and ATF are confident that their crackdowns on gun
trafficking will continue to produce positive returns to help clean up the streets. NYPD
has a stop-and-frisk initiative that is believed to be influencing the number of guns that
are recovered. Those with guns will only have it on their person for a specific amount of
time in order to accomplish whatever they intend to do, as opposed to just carrying
around all the time.

A New York Criminal Lawyer will assist you if you are facing felony charges involving a
weapon. You will require the representation of someone who knows the law and can
protect your rights. Call today and retain a New York Criminal Attorney. You will be glad
you did.

Family Deals With Difficult Deaths says Suffolk County Criminal Lawyers

A man told his nephew that according to a family friend, he would recover from cancer. And only a few hours later, the man was shot to death in his home near Huntington Station while protecting his family from three robbers. And, no sooner did the family begin to deal with the loss of one family member, the young man died after a two-year battle with cancer. He was only twenty-one years old.

Hopefully the family can find a great lawyer. The two tragedies have the close-knit family wondering what to do now. The family now has to deal with the murder. According to a spokesperson, the family has accepted God’s will and that God has His way. However, the spokesperson said that the family does still have moments where they gather and morn together.

Now, two men have been charged with the death of the El Salvador man. The third man is still on the run from Suffolk police. Suffolk County Criminal Lawyers have their hands full in this one, that’s for sure. While the young man who died from cancer attended Suffolk County Community College and was hoping to become a paramedic, his uncle’s death should result in the conviction of three men for robbery and murder. The young man grew closer to his uncle, when his parents moved to Florida. The family and their children visited the young cancer sufferer often.

And now, the family will need to stick together to get through the coming days. And, hopefully a Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer can help.

An arrest based on an illegal search warrant by the police can lead to your release. This outcome can only come to fruition if a New York Criminal Lawyer is on the case. Being without a competent attorney is leaving one's fate to chance and that is not the way to go if one's freedom is on the line.

If you are a regular television viewer you see businessmen and women taking extended lunch breaks and returning to their office after a few drinks. And, depending on the show, you see the actors pull the alcohol from a wet bar they have in one corner of their lavishly decorated upscale office. However, the reality is if you partake of alcohol while on the job, you are going to find yourself without a job at all. If you find yourself in a situation where you’ve been accused of partaking of substances prohibited by your job, you may need a Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer to help regain your position and your reputation.

And, if your job is one as an educator or administrator in a local school system then you know the repercussions of returning to school anywhere with even the slightest hint of alcohol on your breath. One victim in Brooklyn was a principal who was accused of being drunk on the job by an anonymous source. When this principal was facing the closing of his school and re-assignment due to poor performance, allegations from months ago surfaced. The school system states emphatically that there is no relation between the closing of the school and the accusations. Students and parents alike are adamant that they have never seen behavior in their principal that was inappropriate and most were disappointed to even hear that allegations of alcohol use during school hours had been made.

If you or someone you know is incarcerated or being held on charges you are defiantly in need of assistance from a Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer.
