A Roosevelt, New York man is arrested for robbery reports a New York Criminal Lawyer

Two young women were on Macron Place in Uniondale, NY when they were robbed in broad daylight. The women were walking when a man suddenly approached them and stole their necklaces. He even tried choking one of his victims. Nassau County Police responded to the call and took a description of the thief. Officers eventually found Philip Odom, a 41 year old man who resides on Park Avenue in Roosevelt, NY; hiding behind a garage on the same street he robbed the women on. Odom had the stolen property on him as well as drug paraphernalia. He has been charged with two counts of third degree robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is set to be arraigned is Hempstead First District Court, located on 99 Main Street, Hempstead NY 11550.
