O.J. Simpson Case Kicks Off – Let A New York Criminal Attorney Handle Your Case

In an attempt to make sure that the jury was not seeking to punish OJ for his 1995 acquital in Los Angeles, the judge made sure to warn the jury that this criminal case was another criminal case and should be judged on it own merits. Simpson’s Criminal Lawyer and his other reps were happy about the judges comments.

Judge Jackie Glass said no to a request to ask jurors if they thought Simpson was guilty in the LA trial.

Glass then warned the panel not to try to get revenge for what happened before. She told the jurors to step down if they were looking to cash in from convicting O.J. Simpson in this criminal case.
In the 1995 case, the former NFL star was found not guilty of murdering Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. Simpson paid up when he was found to be liable for their deaths in a civil case brought by the Goldman family. He was defended by the now deceased Criminal Lawyer, Johnny Cochrane.

When the jury and six alternates are seated, the prosecutors will tell them that Simpson and Stewart forcibly entered a room in a Vegas hotel in Sept. and that he stole merchandise by force. Four others accompanied Simpson as they stole sports collectibles which Simpson said were his property.

The accused says he didn’t know that any of his guys were armed that he didn’t tell anyone to carry guns as they broke into the room.
