Broadcom co-founder indicted on conspiracy, drug charges-retain a New York Criminal Attorney if you’re charged Federally


United States Law enforcement officials charged Broadcom co-founder Henry T. Nicholas III with federal crimes for stock fraud and drugs.In United States Federal Court, the Grand Jury indictments were unsealed and reveal the charges against him. There were a total of twenty five counts.Each count allege a seperate criminal charge. There were numerous felonies the worst of which were conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, securities fraud and giving false statements to the SEC.
