New York Yankee Jason Giambi had already met with Mitchell investigators in July. Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig threatened to discipline him because he admitted to having used steroids.

STP rocker Scott Weiland has completed almost a month in rehab. His attorney reported that he was doing well as reporters crowded the court to hear what the lawyer had to say. Bai Ling has been criticized for her poor acting and now has to act out a possible criminal scenario. Frank Mateljan reports that Ling has been arrested for petty theft at LAX. She only stole a battery and a couple of magazine’s but still could face jail time.

After pleading no contest to a single count of driving while intoxicated, Rebecca DeMornay has to serve in a three-month program for DUI offenders. She also has been put on probation for three years and been fined a small amount.

DeMornay, 48, who starred in “Risky Business” (1983) with Tom Cruise, “The Hand That Rocks The Cradle” (1992) and “Backdraft” (1991) among others, was arrested October 30 after being pulled over on Sunset Blvd. Police say her blood alcohol level was slightly over the legal limit of .08.

Once again tragedy strikes the O’Neal family. The wayward son of Ryan and Farrah (Fawcett) O’Neal has been arrested again. Redmond was apprehended for possession of drugs and driving under the influence.

The youngster was speeding in Malibu and was pulled over by the police. When he and the car were searched the illicit drugs were found and O’Neal was busted. He was also found to be over the legal limit for alcohol.

Redmond was freed when a $10,000 bond was paid. He could face serious felony charges but there has been no date set for a trial.
