New York is known for hot models, actors, actresses and in general just beautiful people walking the streets in hopes of becoming famous. The problem is, celebrity-hood does offer up immunity. It appears that a former model now has a close-up photo that begets all others. A mug shot is the ultimate in humility. And, when you commit a crime, regardless of who you are, you are going to get a dose of humility.

One of Prada’s blue-eye beauties and Forbes’ Most Successful Models found out the hard way that not only is a crime a crime, your status doesn’t change the standard of proper behavior. Just what kind of behavior has plagued the famous? In this case, it started as public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. And, before he could get himself out of trouble from one crime, he was being charged with offering to perform oral sex on a the deputy in charge. He needs a New York Criminal Lawyer.

The modeling agency that handles this model has offered to help and the model himself was not available for a statement. The model was just one of many to find himself in a jam due to inappropriate behavior. And by offering to perform sex acts in exchange for leniency of some kind, the crime is intensified and in general the whole situation is a bit more difficult to understand.

A deranged woman, a distraught father and ex-husband and an extremely confused grandmother all try to make out the details behind the murder of an eight-year-old boy. The father, who lives across the country, said he thought that the grandmother of the child had identified the little boys body. However, he learned after 48 hours that is son’s body remained in the medical examiner’s office without a proper identification. The mother is now considered a criminal and will need legal advice. She apparently murdered her son by feeding him ground up prescription medication.

The mother, who is now in a psyche ward, had emailed a relative indicating that there was a problem. The police burst into the home only to find an incoherent mother babbling, a suicide note suggesting that more information could be found on the computer and an unconscious little boy. The crime lab has the computer and will be examining it for further information.

The Law Firm of Steven Bilkis and Associates and its Nassau County Criminal Lawyers could help a young father determine what and why his ex-wife would commit such a horrible crime. The autopsy was inconclusive and the child’s father who was distraught said the woman was a good mother and he couldn’t imagine why she would do such a thing. The father was also decidedly upset that his son was left unidentified when obviously relatives much closer to the family could have made the identification. According to a Nassau County Criminal Lawyer, he was planning to make the trek across the country to identify the little boy and hopefully gets some answers while planning a burial.

People are using more and more carry on luggage as airlines extend the cost of checking luggage to astronomical rates. And, most travelers prefer to keep valuables with them onboard the plane. However, even stowing your carry-on luggage in the overhead bins is simply not enough to ensure that your valuables are secure. A New York Criminal Lawyer reports that Cybll Shepherd’s son was charged with burglary under these very circumstances.

Cybll Shepherd’s son was in court in Philadelphia for burglary, which occurred by rummaging through passengers carry on bags and taking money, cameras and other valuables. While on a cross-country United Airlines flight, most passengers probably found time to nap and thus losing site of their carry-on bags. And, Cyrus Sheppherd-Oppenheim apparently thought that this would be a great opportunity to pick up a few valuables that didn’t belong to him. He has a trial date of April 20th on theft and other related charges.

Cyrus’s New York Criminal Lawyer expects that this case will end like many others with a pretrial diversion program. According to the attorney, the passengers left the flight with their valuables. This information makes the case against Cyrus more confusing.
