A Commack High School track coach has been put under arrest for sex crimes. It appears he will need a Long Island Criminal Lawyer.

Commack High School recently employed a 26 year old Commack resident as a part time janitor and boy’s track coach. He is also employed as a part time teacher’s assistant in Locust Valley Central School District. Suffolk County Police have put the man under arrest for alleged sex crimes against a 15 year old student of Commack High School. The student, whose name has been withheld due to her age, told another school employee that the suspect had sexually abused her in a Deer Park motel over the winter break. The teacher surrendered himself to police and is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child, sexual abuse and third degree sex acts. MTV’s Jersey Shore cast member under arrest for assault after a fight reports a New York Criminal Lawyer

Ronnie Margo, a Bronx resident, was recently put under arrest with criminal charges after a fight that was aired on the show. Margo was walking back from the bar with Sammi Giancola, another cast mate known as “Sweetheart”. Reports indicate a man had been making rude comments, yelling and following the two down the board walk when the fight broke out. Ronnie was out under arrested for aggravated assault. He was held on $600.00 bail.

“Nutcracker” sales are being monitored and can lead to arrests warns a New York Criminal Lawyer to store owners.

Many stores including barbershops, bodegas and delis sell a homemade drink called a “Nutcracker.” The drink is a mix of fruit flavored vodka and fruit punch or any colorful, fruity drink. They often cost $5.00 and are sold in plastic containers commonly used by Chinese food restaurants for soup take-out. The stores usually have licenses to sell alcohol and liquor, but have been lax on checking the identification of the buyers. Many minors have been able to purchase this adult beverage as a result. New York State Liquor Authority has vowed to stop these illegal sales to minors. They will be sending undercover agents into stores to buy the drink across the boroughs. A couple is put under arrest for child endangerment. It appears that they may need a Nassau County Criminal Lawyer

Suffolk County Police recently arrested two people of Mastic Road, Mastic NY. The police were responding to a call reporting the two passed out on the ground. They arrived to find their three year old boy walking around unattended near Universal Church; located on Suffolk Avenue Brentwood NY 11717. The parents of the child were found unconscious nearby. The husband was charged with possession of hypodermic needle, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. The mother was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and loitering. One was held on $10,000.00 bail and the other was held on $500 bond. Brooklyn High School Sex Stories Continue and could involve a New York Criminal Lawyer

As previously revealed James Madison High School on Brooklyn, New York also known as “Horn Dog High” was under investigation because allegedly 2 female teachers got naked in a classroom while another was punished for being to close to a student. Apparently the 62 year old Principal who has been working at the Brooklyn High School since 1971 is now being accused of sexual harassment. The investigation is being carried out by the Education Department’s office of Equal Opportunity and the 62 year old principal had no comment about the allegations.

A Long Island Criminal Lawyer tells of an 8 year old boy who was put under arrest for gun possession.

A young 8 year old boy is facing some various serious charges after he was found to have a gun in his desk. The boy, whose name has not been revealed due to his age, attends North Elementary School; located at 50 W White St, Brentwood, NY 11717. Reports show the child had arrived to class late. His teacher noticed him gesturing to another child and began walking over to them. As he got closer he overheard their conversation. It was then he saw the hand gun and notified officials. The case will be heard in Suffolk County Family Court because of the young age of the boy.

Corona, Queens Women stabbed 40 Times, Boyfriend leaves country – a New York Criminal Lawyer is on call

Cops went into a Corona home after they rec’d a call from the 110th Street apartment in Queens, NY. They found the body of 29 year old DB stabbed 40 times. It was noted that the apartment had signs of struggle and the body’s wounds were to the heart, lungs and jugular. It is alleged that the boyfriend has something to do with the death of this 29 year old. The boyfriend who was here on a worker’s visa got on a plane on Monday and headed to his native country, Columbia. There is no doubt that this a case of aggravated Domestic Violence.

World of Warcraft game helps to catch a fugitive according to a Nassau County Criminal Lawyer

Police have been using online gaming to help catch thieves. A fugitive had been arrested for the sale of a controlled substance and the sale of marijuana in Illinois. He had managed to flee the country to avoid going to jail. Unfortunately he was addicted to the popular computer game “World of Warcraft.” The game, made by Blizzard Entertainment, is an online role playing where the players can interact with each other while controlling their avatar in fights and scheduled battles. Deputies in Illinois received a tip that the suspect was still an active player in the game. Blizzard Entertainment gave the man’s IP address, account and billing information to authorities. Once they had that information, they were able to find the fugitive in Ottowa, Canada. Canadian authorities aided in the arrest of the suspect. He was taken back to the United States where he is waiting for trial. He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Yeshiva Teacher, alleged to be a boy molester, could use a Long Island Criminal Lawyer
