Bank Teller conspires to Falsely Stage a Robbery at a Citizens Bank in Coram

A 25 year old bank teller along with a 51 year old resident of North Ocean Ave in Patchogue are both facing D Felony Grand Larceny Charges in the 3rd degree. They both conspired to falsely report a robbery at a Citizens Bank Branch on 294 Middle Country Rd in Coram, New York. It was arranged for Palma Salinas to approach Arevalo with a note demanding money. One man would hand off the money and it was agreed that later they would meet at another location to split the stolen money. Upon the response of the authorities, the authorities were given a description of the robber and they were told that he ordered the cash with a note. Witnesses directed the officers to a nearby McDonalds and they found the other man with the cash and note. Detectives were then suspicious and under questioning the bank teller admitted that they had conspired. They were arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip, NY. The charges would have been more serious if there was gun possession involved.

A 16 year old girl is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after stabbing a man on a subway. She will need a New York Criminal Lawyer.

A woman was leaving a restaurant in Queens, NY when she claims a group of men followed her. She ran into a subway station to try to get away from them as they tried to sexually assault her. McDonough the Seldon Animal Torturer faces charges says a New York Criminal Lawyer

Judge Hensley of District Court in Central Islip claims that the courts are waiting on a psychiatric report in order to determine whether she is “an incapacitated person.” McDonough is currently facing six counts of misdemeanor torturing animals after investigators removed five dogs and a cat from her home. The investigation is still in process and she may be facing more charges. McDonough‘s young children are no longer in her custody and the courts have yet to determine who will have the custody. He uploaded the movie a month before it was released to movie theatres. He now faces a maximum sentence of three years in a federal prison and up to $250,000.00 in fines. Sanchez was arrested by the FBI and will be indicted in a New York Federal Court.

Lindsay Lohan’s father under arrest for violating an Order of Protection. – A New York Criminal Lawyer reports the incident.

Michael Lohan has been put under arrest in Long Island, NY. Lohan had originally been arrested in April after making threats to hurt his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller. An Order of Protection was issued compelling Lohan to stay away and have no contact with Muller. Lohan allegedly called Muller this past weekend and violated the Order of Protection. He was released after $2,000.00 bail was paid. Reports do not indicate who paid the bail. Two adults charged in a South Floral Park, NY shooting are facing criminal charges in Nassau County, NY. It seems they may need a New York Criminal Lawyer.

In August, a 23 year old man was shot at a park in South Floral Park near Tennessee Avenue and Marguerite Avenue. Nassau County Police did not release the name of the victim, but did state that he was taken to a nearby hospital where he was treated for gun wounds to his lower body. The shooters were recently apprehended in Brooklyn, NY. Derek Gaines, 28 year old who resides at 144-30 168th St. Jamaica NY, and Melissa Gaskin, a 23 year old who resides at 737 Westminster Rd Brooklyn NY, were sitting in a parked car on Avenue U in Brooklyn, NY when Fifth Squad Detectives found and arrested the pair. Reports indicate that the victim and Gaskin were involved in a verbal altercation when the fight started. Gaines allegedly exited the car and started to shoot the victim. Both Gaskin and Gaines have been arrested and are facing felony charges including criminal gun possession and criminal use of a firearm. Two people conspire to rob a bank and are left facing Grand Larceny charges. They may need a New York Criminal Lawyer.

Suffolk County Police arrested 25 year old Herminia Arevalo; of Brentwood NY; and 51 year old Lorenzo Salinas; of Patchogue NY; for conspiring and robbing the bank that Arevalo worked as a teller in. Police report that Arevalo picked up Salinas and planned to rob Citizens Bank in Coram, NY. Salinas would approach Arevalo and produce a note demanding cash. Arevalo would hand over money. They agreed to meet up later and split the cash. Police were tipped off by witnesses and found Salinas shortly after. Arevalo later admitted that the two had worked together to stage the robbery. They have been arrested and are both facing felony Grand Larceny charges. They will both be arraigned at Suffolk First District Court; located at 400 Carleton Avenue
