A Roosevelt, New York man is arrested for robbery reports a New York Criminal Lawyer

Two young women were on Macron Place in Uniondale, NY when they were robbed in broad daylight. The women were walking when a man suddenly approached them and stole their necklaces. He even tried choking one of his victims. Nassau County Police responded to the call and took a description of the thief. Officers eventually found Philip Odom, a 41 year old man who resides on Park Avenue in Roosevelt, NY; hiding behind a garage on the same street he robbed the women on. Daniel Rothbard, a 28 year old Merrick resident, was arrested after being found in a car with a 15 year old girl. Before the incident Rothbard was employed as a math teacher at Willow Road Elementary School in Franklin Square, New York. Rothbard, who lives at 1271 Meadowbrook Ave., Merrick NY, was parked in his car in the parking lot of an elementary school after hours in West Islip when a Suffolk County Police Officer noticed the car. LaGuardia Airport falls victim to bomb threat. It seems the culprit will need a New York Criminal Defense Lawyer

In New York City, La Guardia Airport suffered delays that lasted hours due to the fact that Scott Mcgann, 32, was trying to blow the airport up. Port Authority police spotted Mcgann with a backpack, and a device that closely resembled a bomb and detonator. Cops then saw Mcgann push the detonator button before another officer was able to throw the back pack and wrestle Mcgann to the ground. New York Criminal Defense Lawyer reports a Florida woman under arrest for murder for hire scheme

Dalia Dippolito was only married for 6 months when she decided try to have her husband killed. Dippolito, a 26 year old Boynton Beach, FL resident believed she had hired a hitman to kill her 38 year old husband Michael. In actuality, she hired an undercover police officer. Dippolito and the officer arranged a meeting and she gave him details of her husband’s day, the houses security system and an escape route from the house. She also gave the “hitman” over a thousand dollars to purchase a gun to use and three thousand dollars for actually doing the job. Boynton Beach Police led Dippolito to believe that her husband had been murdered by setting up a fake crime scene around her home. Officers even roped off the area with yellow crime scene tape. Boynton Beach Police took Dippolito to the precinct, and then arrested her for solicitation of first degree murder. Dippolito’s husband was informed of the investigation early that morning and was waiting at the precinct. Reports do not state how much Dippolito’s bail was ste at; or if she had been released.

A Bouncer slayed student in Manhattan, NY and is facing life in prison and may need a New York Criminal Lawyer

Darryl Littlejohn, a night club bouncer at The Falls Bar in Soho, New York killed a criminal justice student from Boston, Massachusetts and was convicted in the first-degree for murder. New York City Police reports say that the Boston student Immette St.Guillen was later found in a quilt along an abandoned road in Brooklyn, NY. New York reports also claimed that she was found bound and restrained, and she had also been beaten and sexually assaulted before being asphyxiated. Darryl Littlejohn is also serving 25 years to life for kidnapping other woman. An appeal will be held at Brooklyn State Court in New York.

As for the Campana, the girlfriend she claims that she put an order of protection against him and will notify the authorities the next time she sees him. Andrea McNulty, who works in the Harrah’s hotel in Nevada, is claiming that Ben Roethlisberger sexually assaulted and raped her while staying in the hotel last year. McNulty was working the night of her attack as the penthouse concierge when Roethlisberger allegedly said his television was broken and needed her to fix it. After finding there was no problem she tried to leave but claims Roethlisberger grabbed her. She says she let him know she did not want to be physical with him, but Roethlisberger did not listen. New York Criminal Lawyer reports Gary Coleman’s wife goes crazy

Utah police were answering a call that Shannon Price, Gary Coleman’s 23 year old wife, had locked him out of their home. They arrived on the scene to find Price screaming profanities at Coleman, and then at them. They found Coleman standing in a room with furniture flipped over, clothes thrown everywhere and DVDs thrown on the floor. Santaquin police reports reveal that the bedroom the couple share was trashed from Price’s rampage but that Coleman, 41, was not injured. Price was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge and a disorderly conduct charge. She was released on $1250 bond.

More than 100 drug dealers have been detained for a drug bust in Suffolk County, New York. One of his dealers, David Priest, an East Islip resident was arrested and charged with selling Heroin among other drugs. Natalia Roucoulet traveled across Long Island transporting drugs for Mr.Vavas. These people were caught during a restraint on drugs that are being sold on the streets. Special task forces in New York are being made to strictly target areas where it’s speculated that there is foul play involving the drug industry.

Since last year there is a dramatic increase in the number of arrest in New York due to Heroin sales.
