Officer Lewis, who is a resident of the Village of Freeport, in Nassau County, New York responded to a call that came into the 119th precinct, where Hazel Campana, who was previously Robert Campana reported that she was fighting with her boyfriend, Carlos Berrios because she claims that he stole her purse. She then called her ex-boyfriend, Santana who came to her rescue, with a gun. He shot the long island resident officer as they wrestled him to the ground.

As for the Campana, the girlfriend she claims that she put an order of protection against him and will notify the authorities the next time she sees him. Andrea McNulty, who works in the Harrah’s hotel in Nevada, is claiming that Ben Roethlisberger sexually assaulted and raped her while staying in the hotel last year. McNulty was working the night of her attack as the penthouse concierge when Roethlisberger allegedly said his television was broken and needed her to fix it. After finding there was no problem she tried to leave but claims Roethlisberger grabbed her. She says she let him know she did not want to be physical with him, but Roethlisberger did not listen. Reports indicate McNulty was too afraid to fight the NFL star back, but immediately reported the incident to hotel security, who did nothing. She claims to have fallen into a deep depression, lost weight and had to be hospitalized from the incident. McNulty listed other Harrah’s employees in her lawsuit, claiming they were part of a cover up so Roethlisberger would not get in trouble.

New York Criminal Lawyer reports Gary Coleman’s wife goes crazy

Utah police were answering a call that Shannon Price, Gary Coleman’s 23 year old wife, had locked him out of their home. They arrived on the scene to find Price screaming profanities at Coleman, and then at them. They found Coleman standing in a room with furniture flipped over, clothes thrown everywhere and DVDs thrown on the floor. Santaquin police reports reveal that the bedroom the couple share was trashed from Price’s rampage but that Coleman, 41, was not injured. Price was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge and a disorderly conduct charge. She was released on $1250 bond.

More than 100 drug dealers have been detained for a drug bust in Suffolk County, New York. Alex Vavas a retired restaurant owner unexpectedly witnessed his whole organization crash as the Port Jefferson resident who claimed that he himself wasn’t a drug user dominated a chain of dealers to carry out his dirty work and supported his exuberant way of living and his ideal home in Suffolk County by earning approximately $13,000.00 a week. One of his dealers, David Priest, an East Islip resident was arrested and charged with selling Heroin among other drugs. Natalia Roucoulet traveled across Long Island transporting drugs for Mr.Vavas. These people were caught during a restraint on drugs that are being sold on the streets. Since last year there is a dramatic increase in the number of arrest in New York due to Heroin sales. A 16 year old jealous teenager, Kevin Santiago age 16 stalked his child’s mother and stabbed her new boyfriend, Michael Silva age 16 to death. Young girl in the middle of the dilemma, Alma Dejesus, also 16 who resides in an apartment building in E.163rd St Bronx, New York claims to be very upset. The day of the attack Santiago chased Dejesus down the hall of their Bronx apartment building as she ran into her apartment and failed to comply with his orders, as he told her to come out of the apartment. Two Long Island fathers facing Child Endangerment Charges and need a New York Criminal Lawyer

Jessie McFadden, a 21 was picked up by Nassau Police for endangering the welfare of two youngsters. Police reports say McFadden’s left the kids unattended in his house in what was said to be unsafe conditions. Luckily, the 8 month old and 6 year old girls were found unharmed. The two siblings were handed over to their mother. The Nassau County Police have not released where McFadden was, or why he left the child unattended. McFadden was charged with two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on his own recognizance after pleading not guilty.

Another man was arrested for child endangerment on the very same day. Juan Alvizures of Hempstead was taken to the Police Station after police discovered his child unattended in his car. They were responding to a 911 call when the 18 month old was discovered, crying and hungry. They say she was in the unlocked minivan for approximately 4 hours while he was working. The child was talem to the hospital for tests. The father was held overnight.

Chrissie Brodigan, 32, claims she was walking in Williamsburg at the Bedford Ave train station when she was assaulted by a New York Police Department Officer. Brodigan claims to have been punched in the back, roughly cuffed and have had her ankles kicked apart by Officer Joel Witriol after he noticed that she did not have her dog in a carrier. Brodigan says he cannot be in a carrier because he is too scared. She was cited for not carrying her dog in a case, disorderly conduct and failure to identify herself. Brodigan claims to have bruises on her arms form the incident. Officer Witriol has been given summons for the incident.

Man assaults ex wife in their Brooklyn, NY apartment reports a New York Criminal Attorney

Qi Xian Huang, 53, assaulted his ex wife Shao Ling Ye, 54, with a meat clever in their 67th Street apartment in Brooklyn, NY. Brooklyn Police responded to find Ye injured and bleeding. Reports indicate that Huang was making himself breakfast when Ye accidentally swept dirt over his feet. Huang became enraged and grabbed a meat clever; then attacked his ex-wife. Ye was cut on the back of her head, her arm and face. She was taken to Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She is listed in critical condition. Steve McNair shot by mistress reports a New York Criminal Lawyer

Steve McNair, ex of the NFL’s Tennessee Titans, and his girlfriend were both found dead in a condo in Nashville, TN. Authorities have reported that the woman he was found with, 20 year old Sahel Kazemi, was dating McNair. Just two days before the fatal shooting, Kazemi was arrested for a DUI with McNair in the car. McNair left the scene in a taxi. Nashville police are concluding that was the same day the young woman purchased the gun. Kazemi’s family states that she believed the NFL player was getting divorced from his wife, with whom he lived with just 6 miles from the condo. Public police reports indicate McNair met with Kazemi at the condo early in the morning, but their bodies were not found until late that afternoon. McNair suffered 4 gun shots while Kazemi suffered one. Police believe Kazemi was the shooter and have not ruled out a murder-suicide.
