Another man has been arrested in the stabbing deaths of two young men in London. The two were French students.

The young students were both twenty-three years old and another twenty-three year old is the second man charged with the murders. Daniel Sonnex, 23, will appear in court and face two counts of murder, the city’s authorities reported.

The victims have been identified as Gabriel Ferez and Laurent Bonomo, who were both 23. Their bodies were found with hundreds of stab wounds and were recovered after being set on fire by the murderers.

Charges against John Rigas and his son for tax evasion and fraud will not be dismissed according to a federal judge.

The founder of Adelphia Communications Corp. and his son, Timothy, will face charges in New York, the judge ruled Friday.

Both John Rigas and Timothy Rigas, once Adelphia’s chief financial officer, are in prison and serving sentences for a number of corporate convictions: bank and bond fraud among them.

Charges of genocide were leveled against Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, accusing him of trying to wipe out African tribes in Darfur with a violent actions and deportation.

The Sudan does recognize the court and feels the charges are politically motivated.

Luis Moreno-Ocampo attempted to get the court to issue a warrant for the apprehension of al-Bashir so that the millions of deaths he planned could not be carried out in Darfur which is still being attacked by the government-backed janjaweed militia.

It’s a case of murder at Fort Bragg. An Army nurse’s husband has been charged after police found her body.

Authorities in North Carolina say John Wimunc is scheduled to face a first-appearance hearing in court Tuesday along with a fellow serviceman, Marine Lance Cpl. Kyle Alden. The hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in Cumberland County District Court.

It appears that the victim’s body was left at a place near Camp Lejeune. It had been there for several day according to authorities. She was dead when the body was left at the scene and police arrested the husband and Alden on Sunday night.

Jenna Plumley, a starting player on Oklahoma’s women’s baskerball team has been suspended after her coach learned that the athlete was arrested for petty larceny.

Coach Sherry Coale said that Plumley will retain her scholarship but will not be a part of the team this year. Coale cited Plumley’s inability to do what was asked of her for the disciplinary action.

Authorities report that they picked up the player at Wal-Mart when she was spotted trying to steal makeup. The charge carries a small fine and the possibility of jail time.

Dupay is one of the great stars of Florida basketball and was known as “Mr. Basketball” in high school.
