A judge has sentenced Sidney Lowe II, the son of North Carolina State basketball coach Sidney Lowe to 15 months in a low-security prison farm on a host of charges, including robbery and kidnapping.

Lawyer Locke Clifford said Tuesday that Judge Henry Frye Jr. sentenced Sidney Lowe II to a total of 11 years in prison, but then suspended the sentence to 15 months. The judge also proclaimed that Lowe serve five years of probation.

Brigitte Bardot could not escape conviction of provoking discrimination and racial hatred by asserting strongly that Muslims are destroying her beloved France.

A court in Paris handed down a substantial fine against the former screen sex symbol and animal rights activist. She was also instructed to pay $1,555 in damages to MRAP.

Lawyers and prosecutors are in agreement that Naomi Campbell has been charged with assaulting two police officers during an altercation which tood place at the luggage claim area at Heathrow Airport.

The supermodel was charged when she reported to Heathrow police station to answer over the fracas which took place in April of this year. At least that’s what was reported by her attorney.

Police took the Bentley belonging to The Game. the car was towed and received a summons for expired tags. No doubt the rapper was not happy about this. The police who removed the car didn’t seem to care that The Game was on.

Early last evening, the rapper was stopped in Glendale, CA. and was cited by cops for the having tags which were not up to date and for having a suspended Drivers’ License proof of insurance. Glendale PD spokesperson John Balian said that the tags were at least six months expired.

Another suspect has been identified by Prosecutors in Miami in the murder of NFL football star Sean Taylor. Ed Griffith said Wednesday that 16-year-old Timothy Brown is charged with first-degree murder under a sealed warrant.

Richard Quest, 46, was arrested around 3:40 a.m. on a charge of possessing illegal drugs which is a misdemeanor that usually refers to a personal use amount of a drug. He was arrested near Central Park. He was loitering and acting strangely when the patrol car pulled up.

Law enforcement officials reportedly made an arrest in the robbery and assault case involving Denver Bronco Javon Walker.

Police say the arrested man was charged this week with any number felonies. there is a belief that another man is involved in the kidnapping and robbery and authorities are searching the Las Vegas area on the lookout for the other suspect.

Police have reported that the NFL player entered a vehicle along with the men. He was later found on the street. Walker was beaten badly and rushed to the hospital near the Las Vegas Strip.

The “Dr. Phil” staff of his television show posted bail for a youngster who was incarcerated in Florida for being caught on a video taking part in the assault of one of his contemporaries.
