Two men with the world as their future are no longer with us. Two men with the chance to do anything now have no chance at life. Two men are now dead as the result of doing what most take for granted: walking across the street, said a New York Criminal Lawyer. Not one, not two, not three, but seven separate offenses. A night out with friends, a few drinks, and a drive home. It happens every day, all across the nation. And while it often times can result in no harm and no foul sometimes disastrous events result. Every day for nearly sixteen years he sat in a tiny jail cell convinced that he was going to die. He had been charged and convicted of helping murder a family. Two people were wounded by gunfire while shopping at a clothing store in Brooklyn, witnesses and police told a New York Criminal Lawyer.

The shooting victims were a 58-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man, who each were shot in the leg when an unknown gunman shot through the front glass of a store window on Eastern Parkway near Utica Ave. in Crown Heights at about 7:15 p.m., cops and witnesses told a New York Criminal Lawyer.

Both of the victims were taken to Brookdale University Hospital, were they were categorized as being in stable condition. There have been no arrests made so far, as of this writing. A Brooklyn man has been charged with the murder of a Pace University student and ordered to be held without bail – and even prosecutors agree that the man was not actually the shooter. It was his accomplice that committed the fatal act, sources told a New York Criminal Lawyer.

The 21-year-old victim of the shooting was a dealer of marijuana who lived in a high-rise building on Gold Street in lower Manhattan. He was murdered by gunfire on September 29.
