A woman asked her angry boyfriend to leave her home after a argument. Instead, the man took his anger out on the woman’s daughter. The teenage girl was stabbed 20 times. The man fled from the apartment after stabbing the young girl. Fortunately he was captured soon after he left the apartment report New York Criminal Lawyers.

According to authorities, the man’s nine-year-old daughter called 911 and turned him in. The man and woman were involved in an altercation and were trying to reconcile outside the young woman’s apartment around 11 PM when he became violent. According New York Criminal Lawyers, the woman had no plans of making the relationship work and left the apartment with friends. The man was left behind with the woman’s four children and Aunt indicates New York Criminal Lawyers.

The teenager girl stood up to the man and insisted that he leave the apartment. That’s when the man turned on the young girl. The other three children, twin boys 2 and a sister, were already in bed. The sister to the victim came out of her bedroom. The victim insisted that the youngster go back to bed. The young girl called 911 and police were dispatched to the scene. The young girl was taken my emergency services to a local hospital where she later died. Two men entered a repair shop with the intention of robbing the business. Unfortuantely for these two, an off-duty cop was inside. The men entered the store and demanded that everyone empty their pockets. Westchester County Criminal Lawyers expect the men to get four years in jail.

The two men were convicted by a jury for attempted murder in the second degree and attempted robbery in the first degree. One of the men pointed his gun at a civilian and the off-duty detective identified himself and drew his weapon. One of the robbers began firing at the NYPD veteran. The NYPD detective was a better shot than the robbers as once he began shooting, he hit the robber in the neck. The detective gave chase and managed to catch him shortly after. Once in custody of the off-duty officer, the man was picked up and could face 40 years in prison for the botched robbery. The Harlem drug-dealing legend, Frank Lucas, obviously taught his ex-wife the business but not how to avoid the law. He was immortalized in “American Gangster” but his ex-wife has now been busted for trying to make drug deals for herself. Per the movie, Frank Lucas was thought to have made millions by selling drugs in the streets of New York City. Now, the former Mrs. Lucas has been caught by DEA agents in Isla Verde Carolina, Puerto Rico for following in his footsteps. Sadly, the former Mrs. Lucas was making an attempt to push two kilograms of cocaine into Puerto Rico. If the movie accurately tells the story, Lucas was a simple country boy who married the Puerto Rican beauty queen. After attacking, choking and beating a woman outside a nightclub was sentences to fourteen years in prison for his action. The man wasn’t exactly the smartest thief as he took the woman’s iPhone and used it and left his own cell phone at the sight of the attack. The victim accused the man of rape as well reports a Suffolk County Criminal Lawyer.

When authorities picked up the man, he indicated that he did indeed rob, choke and punch the woman and that he did take her cell phone. However, the man refused to admit that he had raped the woman as she had indicated. The victim was a 26-year-old student who was here to study English. According to Suffolk County Criminal Lawyers, the woman was walking alone on West 28t Street.

The woman was dragged behind a dumpster and almost strangled to death. The victim was apparently listening to music on her iPhone and did not hear the man approach her. The victim insisted she was also raped but the description she gave the authorities did not match that of Salva. According to New York Criminal Lawyers, the prosecutors dropped the rape charges against the man when the description the victim gave didn’t match the man when all of the other details were almost exact.

Four men were arrested after it was discovered that they billed for unnecessary dental work totaling $5.7 million over a period of 4 years in Brooklyn and Queens, reported a New York Criminal Lawyer. The four suspects are accused of luring the poor and homeless to different locations with offers of cash, McDonaldís gift certificates, and even CD players. The men allegedly would then bill Medicaid for the unnecessary dental work, mostly for dental cleanings.

A man, his son, and son-in-law are accused of drawing the homeless to the different locations, such as Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. The dentist involved in the scam also allegedly paid recruiters in addition to performing the services as his part of the multi-million dollar scam. The recruiters were paid in cash between $10 and $30 based on the type of service received by those recruited. Most of the victims were found at nearby methadone clinics or from homeless shelters.

The head men would instruct the hired dentists to place two-thirds of the money received from Medicaid into dummy corporations that had been developed to conceal the money. The scam is thought to have spanned from January of 2006 until the arrest in April 2010.

The Civil Service Technical President who has been part of supervising the New York Transit contracts is a thief. According to various sources, the man had seven prior arrests for petty thefts using four different names. According to a Westchester County Criminal Lawyer, the union boss was hired in 1982 and has managed to dodge trouble for more than two decades. New York City Criminal Lawyers indicate that he has been arrested for crimes as small as shoplifting to bartering off a $345 power saw and equipment to go with it.

He was fingerprinted when he was arrested after being caught stealing from Home Dept in Huntington Station. Those fingerprint check turned up other crimes in which he had pleaded guilty to various charges in 1975 to 1979. Westchester County Criminal Lawyers report that the man had also been arrested in 1984 for grand larceny and possessing stolen property. He pleaded to misdemeanor in that case and later he had a petit larceny case tossed out by the court.

He has reportedly told police that his name was Behrouz Hafe, Adamad Sange and Bahram Fathi using four different birthdays. Finally the fingerprints were brought out and at the point, the shady businessman was unable to run anymore. A Manhattan man was out on bail after being locked up for shoplifting. Then, before he could get turned around good, he was arrested again for stealing luxury loot. His latest round of stealing managed to get him busted on Mondays of identity theft and forgery. According to NYC Criminal Lawyers, he is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail this time.

His latest spree took place at Hermes on Madison Avenue near East 62 Street about 2 pm on May 12. He illegally used someone else’s American Express card to purchase 2 handbags for $11,595. NYC Criminal Lawyers indicate that this was the beginning of what was probably going to be a really big shopping trip for the man.

And true to form, about an hour after the initial purchase, he used the card to make three purchases in the amount of $1,861, $3,713 and $1,007 at the Burberry store on Madison Avenue. According to a NYC Criminal Lawyer it is extremely unfortunate that Parker lost his way because at one time he was a fixture on the Manhattan social circuit attending parties at Vogue, Chanel and Christie’s.

An off duty NYPD officer was the driver in an accident that killed himself and a peer. The reports show that the officer’s blood alcohol level was 0.16, twice the legal limit of 0.08. His peer was a passenger in the automobile when the crash took place on the northbound Bronx River Parkway at East 233rd street. According to some New York Criminal Lawyers, his blood alcohol level was only 0.02.

Four other passengers in the crash were injured but their injuries were non-life threatening. The destination of the two officers was unknown as was their previous location. Jamaican Drug Lord, known as Coke has been forcing women to smuggle drugs and cocaine to him in Jamaican from New York. The government is attempting to have him extradited to face the charges against him. He hasn’t personally been in the State in years reports a Nassau County Criminal Lawyer.

In the meantime, his brother is facing charges of trafficking more than a ton of marijuana. He is free on bail and working as a security guard. Jamaican police tried to take over the area where Coke is the unknown leader. In that time, 73 people died including three police officers. The drug lord’s lawyers have been trying to negotiate a way for him to voluntarily surrender to the US authorities. An Ecuadorian immigrant was killed and the reason for the killing was determined to be strictly a matter of hate. The man was stabbed to death. There were seven teenagers accused in the crime but only one of the seven went to trial for the 2008 killing of the immigrant. Manhattan Criminal Lawyers indicate that the 37-year-old Lucero and a friend were walking to a friend’s house when the attack occurred. The 19-year-old who received the 25 years was only 17 when the attack occurred and his father was obviously torn when he left the packed courtroom. Inside the courtroom, the 19-year-old showed no expression as he received his sentencing. Various friends and family read statements asking for mercy on the young man.
