A Roman Catholic priest sent letters and DVDs to Conan O’Brien and has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. David Ajemian admitted to the harassment and has since been retired from active duty by the Church.

He was mailing and DVDs to O’Brien’s home and business. Ajemian was apprehended Manhattan last year when he attempted to get himself into a taping of O’Brien’s late night show. He had been warned several times to keep away from the studio but obviously the warnings fell on deaf ears. NBC security personnel were on the lookout when he showed up again.

The disturbed priest started bothering Conan in September 2006. The Boston Archdiocese has declined comment and put the priest on extended leave.

A report says that the 22-year-old ‘O.C.’ actress who was arrested in December will plead no contest, which she hopes will get a marijuana possession charge dropped and others lessened. In the end, she’d pay a fine and attend three months of an alcohol education class.

One charge of having marijuana on ones person will be set aside and another charge of operating a vehicle without a license would be lessened to a traffic violation, according to People.com. The case will be arraigned this week and a plea is set to be entered.

Traffic cops picked up Barton, 22, when they pulled her over after observing some very erratic driving on her part. It was just before dawn in the Los Angeles area that she was stopped by police who described the vehicle as spanning both lanes of traffic.

Acknowledging that “this is the most difficult time for” rehabbing actor Mel Gibson, a judge urges him to continue to go to self-help groups to battle his alcohol addiction that led to his 2006 arrest.

Gibson was informed that he has successfully finished the program he was required to completeplea and din not have to report his progress to the court. Lawrence Mira, the judge in the case, told the 52-year-old actor/director that he was free to go on with his life.

The judge told Gibson that he was on his own now in this difficult time. Mira in a hearing in LA wished Gibson luck and advised him to continue his rehabilitation.

NFL great Carl Eller was arrested after allegedly getting into an altercation with law enforcement after being stopped for possible drunken driving. The ex Viking Defensive Lineman and member of “The Purple People Eaters” was apprehended on suspicion of DUI and creating havoc by fleeing police and attacking one of the arresting officers.

The police described the incident as very dangerous as Eller’s SUV sped through a stop sign. The cops chased the vehicle as it ran lights and motored at speeds of up to 60 mph through the Minneapolis area.

Eller’s SUV finally came to a stop when it reached his garage early in the morning on Wednesday.

Pete Doherty was incarcerated for three months for violation of his probation, this according to his record company said.

The Rock Star will have to rearrange his touring schedule. He was supposed to appear at The Albert Hall in April and the Glastonbury festival in the summer but because of his sentencing in London these gigs will have to be cancelled or postponed until Doherty is released from prison.

According to the musician’s management there were many reasons the singer/songwriter had been taken to the clink. He was late for many of his probation hearings,The manager informed reporters. Doherty who is known to be a drug abuser spends a great deal of time in court hearings and now will spend time in prison. Doherty is twenty nine years of age.

Covert was jailed by Los Angeles Police and led to the Wilshire Division police station. The actor, however, was not charged. Law enforcement says the case is still being investigated.

The actor who has co-starred with his pal Adam Sandler in a number movies was taken by police when he had a fight with a photographer. He was arrested and made to leave the set where he is working on yet another movie with Sandler. Sandler was not available for comment.

Allen was arrested by police while on the set of “Bedtime Stories.” He was accused of battery and was let go a short time later.

A pair of Bear Stearns execs have been arrested. The Feds will charge them and make them face criminal charges as the subprime market falls into a debacle.

Matthew Tannin was arrested when authorities confronted him at his home in New Jersey and Ralph Cioffi was apprehended at his New York City home. This took place on Thursday morning according to FBI reports.

Elsewhere, The U.S. attorney’s office was set to bringother serious charges later Thursday.

A father who was so stupid to have cocaine on his fingers as his baby teethed has been sentenced to serve a life sentence.

Along with the life sentence, Dennis Ray Driver, 26, was also fined for his incredibly idiotic actions. The felony murder of his son, Dennis Jr., took place when the father was using.

Driver said he dozed off while the child was also asleep and lying on his chest. When he came to, the child wasn’t breathing and the baby died shortly after this. This all took place at the parent’s home on Dec. 28. You can’t be more irresponsible than this person.

Who knew that Mary Ann of Gilligan’s Island fame was not able to drive without endangering people. Dawn Wells is now serving probation after being caught with marijuana in her car.

She served a short sentence and paid a small fine. Reckless driving was the official charge.

Under a plea agreement, three misdemeanor counts were dropped.

State Assemblyman Adam Clayton Powell IV was charged with DWI after the cops reported him driving dangerously and then failing to pass a breathalyzer test last night.

The State Assembly rep from East Harlem was pulled over while driving on the West Side Highway in Manhattan. It was early morning when he brought attention to himself.

Law enforcement said that Powell displayed many of the effects of alcohol use including the inability to speak clearly and eyes that seemed watery. He also smelled of alcohol and was operating his vehicle in an unsteady way. A complaint was filed in Criminal Court. Powell maintained that he only had a couple of drinks and certainly wasn’t a danger to others.
