The Queens and the Bronx had fallen prey to a Jamaican drug lord who was digging deep into the neighborhoods with guns and drugs. The man ran a huge drug and gun smuggling operation and law enforcement sources are working hard to make sure they have uncovered all of his work. New York Criminal Lawyers indicate that the man is the target of a manhunt led by the DEA.

This fugitive is thought to have been operating both a gun and drug ring for years in Eastchester in The Bronx and Rosedale. According to a New York Criminal Lawyer, the Jamaican fugitive was forcing Jamaican businesswomen to smuggle the marijuana and cocaine into the states when they traveled to buy clothes for their shops.

Once the fugitive was making money off of the drug smuggling, he turned to purchasing guns, which were shipped back to Jamaica. The government wants the man extradited to face charges in Jamaica now. The person responsible for leading the entire group hasn’t been in the states for years but his brother is waiting on a separate trial in a Manhattan federal court. The brother of the supposed leader is charged with trafficking more than a ton of marijuana, however he is free on bail and works a security guard says a New York Criminal Lawyer.

Miss Russia is a beautiful woman who seemingly had it all. The one thing she apparently didn’t have was a physician who was willing to enable her habit. As it appears, Miss Russia is addicted to the prescription drug Vicodin. According to a number of New York Criminal Lawyers, the young woman was willing to forge prescriptions in order to receive the medication.

Lawyers for the young woman indicated that the woman was a user not a dealer. According to her lawyers, she was arrested for possessing Vicodin but not trafficking or distributing the drug. A New York Criminal Lawyer indicates that the prosecution has postponed a grand jury presentation.

In a jury trial, two officers faced charges of sexually assaulting a woman outside the Jersey City PATH train station four years ago. The officers had previously pleaded guilty to misconduct and served less than a year in jail. They men admitted that they had engaged in sexual acts with the woman but that it was consensual. New York Criminal Lawyers report that the woman was inebriated when this episode took place.

Now, a jury has ruled that the NJ Transit was responsibility for the conduct of the officers specifically because one of the officers had already faced charges of making inappropriate comments about rape to a passenger. After that incident, the evaluation from that indicated that the man should undergo psychiatric treatments reports New York Criminal Lawyers.

Between the two men, a year in jail, various others reprimands for sexually explicit behavior and then the suggestion that one of them receive psychiatric treatment should have been enough to prevent the two from remaining on the payroll with the New Jersey Transit. According to the some New York Criminal Lawyers, the New Jersey Transit did not respond to calls for comments.
